How to Make Personalized Candle Gifts From Ordinary Candles

Posted by amrikholder on janvier 10th, 2008

By Criss White If you are looking for a fun gift to make for any occasion, then personalized candle making may be something you would like to consider. There are many ways to make personalized candles, depending on how much time and money you are willing to spend. With just a little extra time and effort, you can make a personalized candle out of an otherwise ordinary candle gift that the lucky recipient will love. 1. The simplest way to make a personalized candle is get a normal candle at your local candle store. Even general retail stores like Walmart sometimes have candles for sale. Candles come in all shapes and sizes, but almost any candle can be personalized. 2. Anything smaller than a tea light will be difficult to personalize. For tea light candles, you can normally purchase a big bag for a low price. These candles are great as favors for guests at a wedding or baby shower. The easiest way to personalize is to use either a graphics program on your computer or a word processor. We’ll stick with the Word processor since it is easier. First, draw a circle the same dimensions as the lid on the tea light, or better yet use a circular label sheet. Then select a nice font, like cursive script or Corsiva. You can enter then names and date of the event into the circle. Print out a sample on plain paper to make sure the look and size is right. Once you have the desired result, you can print your tea light label stickers. Finally, apply the sticker onto the top of the tea light. 3. For jar candles, you can create a square-shaped personalized label. Since you have more area to work with, you can download free graphics from the Internet. Search the web for “free clip art” and download the images you want. Once again print out a sample on plain paper and then print the label. If you don’t have a color printer, you can go to a local copier and they can make a nice label for you. Stick the label on the jar. Now you have created a unique gift personalized just for that special person. 4. For tall pillar candles, you can get those engraved at an engraving shop (look in the phone book under engravers). The artwork and text can come in different colors. If you are artistic, you can even buy candle-engraving kits online and do it yourself. 5. How about those 1oz votive candles? For a professional looking gift, get cellophane bags and colored ribbon. Wrap the candle in the cello bag and tie it up with the ribbon. Then attach a personalized tag to the ribbon. These candles can also be engraved. 6. If you can make candles, then there are limitless possibilities. You can use different fragrances oils to create scented candles. You can use embeds for decoration. Cookie cutters and molds are also useful for designing the right shape. In summary, you can take an ordinary store candle and make it a very special gift with just a little more effort. Your friends and loved ones will cherish these gifts for years to come. Before You Change Jobs, Change Yourself

Posted by amrikholder on janvier 4th, 2008

By Flora Brown Dont feel appreciated on your job? Youre not alone. Even worse than not receiving praise for good work, is being degraded, belittled or ridiculed by your supervisor, coworkers or both. No matter what job you have, there are some aspects of it you dont like. Many people work in an atmosphere so toxic that they dread going to work, and often experience sick spells from the anticipation and actual abuse, etc. What can you do if youre in a negative work environment? Most people would quickly retort, Quit! Get another job. But is that really the solution? Of course you want to seek a job where you can feel appreciated and gratified, but changing jobs may not bring the happy results youre seeking if youre going to be the same YOU in each new situation. Before you quit your job, there are a few things you may need to do. 1. Assess specifically what you dont like and determine what it would take to fix it. If you hate your corner cubicle perhaps trading with someone may work. If your trouble is with unfair conditions or behavior investigate what resources are available to resolve your problem through your Human Resources Department or Employee Assistance Program. Even taking your lunch out of doors instead of in the company cafeteria may help relieve some stress. One clerical worker brings an apple and water so she can take a vigorous walk during her one hour lunch. 2. Pick your battles. Give your situation some deep thought and determine how important your complaint or discomfort is in the general scheme of things. Sometimes just changing your work schedule, lunch hour or location will resolve some problems. Listening to soothing music through a headset while doing desk work helped one employee shut out all the personal exchanges that were going on in cubicles around her. 3. Develop a thicker skin. Most of us have to find love and acceptance in deeper relationships than you can achieve with coworkers. Guard against letting little inconsequential things get to you. Seek humor in the situations that are just plain stupid so you dont unwittingly get swept into becoming a Don Quixote. 4. Draw the line. Make it clear to your coworkers and boss where your personal boundaries are. Some coworkers love to blurt out every detail of their personal lives at work. Maybe you dont. 5. Personalize your workspace. Perhaps having photos of your family and pets on your desk, wall or cubicle cheers you up throughout the day. Many employees bring a lamp, desktop waterfall, plants and soft music to warm up a sterile workspace. 6. Find allies. Align yourself with coworkers who feel the way you do about the job situation. But rather than malign your boss and gossip about coworkers, use your time together to cheer each other up, exchange positive ideas and share new job listings. 7. Learn to play the game better. Happiness in the workplace depends on not just doing your job well, but getting along with the your boss and coworkers also. Learn who you can trust and who can be counted on to stab you in the back. While you can be friendly, you must also guard against overstepping your bounds. Unless youre the boss, refrain from giving your opinion on how the whole company needs to be restructured. When you have suggestions, present them to the decision maker, not to the crowd around the water cooler. Read Survival of the Savvy by Brandon and Seldman to help you safely navigate office politics. Visit websites like http://www.officepolitics.com that offer strategies and resources. 8. Find your passion. Many of us are miserable on our jobs because were just collecting a paycheck, not following our passion. Learn how to find your passion from books, tapes and newsletters such as those offered by Barbara Sher, www.barbarasher.com, The Path by Laurie Beth Jones, The Purpose-Driven Life by Rick Warren, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey, What Color is Your Parachute by Bolles and Bolles, and Repacking Your Bags by Leider and Shapiro. Finally, consider this: discomfort and stress on your job may be a big red flag that you are in the wrong place. This just may not be the job, career or company that suits your style and taste and fufills your life mission. To find your rightful lifes work, you may need to throw out parental shoulds, or get off the fast track with the lets-become-a-millionaire-before-30 crowd. Before you change jobs, do your heartwork. Get busy finding out what you love to do, then get busy doing it. Choosing the Wedding Dress - Don’t Look Like a Clown in Your Gown

Posted by amrikholder on janvier 1st, 2008

By Kacy Carr Moments that highlight many a wedding day is to suffer from nerves. This is not unusual due to the fact that this is the one day in your life when all eyes are upon you. It is the bride that will always will be the centre of attention at the wedding and why not with all the effort put into looking fabulous. Nerves affect many brides mainly due to worry of everything going according to plan. Well if you have planned your wedding day with careful thought then you need not worry. Before the mention of accessories lets talk on the item we would like to accessorize and that is the wedding gown. Choosing your wedding dress without doubt has to be wonderful experience with so many stunning designs and styles to choose from. We now need to highlight areas that need to be considered when selecting what is going to be the perfect wedding dress. What you have to keep in mind when choosing your gown, wrong choice - wrong image - wrong you. Different gown styles are not particularly designed with you in mind so all that glitters is not gold meaning, no matter how glamorous some of the gowns are does not mean it is going to be the ideal wedding dress for you. Your shape figure height are important issues that need to be looked into before committing to buy. Take along a member of family or friend to help you pick the dress that will give you the perfect look. If the wedding dress you see adorned on the mannequin/dummy standing in the bridal shop window catches your eye do not act on impulse. Just because it looks great on the dummy does not necessarily mean it will on you. We can not have you looking like a clown in your gown. Can dreams come true, yes. You will go to the ball Cinderella. Fairy godmothers do exist armed with needle and cotton to conjure up the dress you may have always dreamed of wearing? All you have to do is to provide the details of the fabric colour and style you would like and with her magic needle you get to walk down the aisle where your prince charming awaits in the gown of your dreams. A good thing by having your wedding dress tailor made is because any alterations to meet the requirements of your comfort level can be done at your own leisure. The seamstress can advise you on certain materials and fabric for your wedding gown. White/ivory/ beige are favoured colours for a wedding dress. Accessories protrude an air of elegance when worn up against these shades. Neutral/pastel colours are so easy to coordinate with the bridesmaids attire. Looking through magazines to gather ideas will keep you updated with all the wedding fashion gossip. No bridal gown on a dummy will ever look as good as the real thing nor do the get to walk down the aisle. So there you have it, choosing the ideal dress you have perfection. Now go knock them dead because today the worlds your (oyster) another lovely shade for the gown. After hours of research I found this fabulous site and hey what do you know everything you could possibly need is all here to make your wedding day special..Well worth a visit dont just take my word for it http://www.your-wedding-planning-help.com. Is Lake View One Of Your Riparian Rights?

Posted by amrikholder on décembre 31st, 2007

By Maria Keeney In short, yes. Lake view is one of your riparian rights. If you own lakeshore property, you are afforded the following riparian rights (also called littoral rights) according to the Public Trust Doctrine. 1. Access (right of swimming, boating, fishing, etc.)
2. Navigability (right of access to a point of navigability)
3. Right to erect structures (right to erect docks and boat lifts, etc.)
4. Water use (right to use water for domestic purpose)
5. Accretions (right to land obtained by water level fluctuation)
6. View (right to view and right to preservation of view) There are many ways your right to lake view might be infringed upon. Here are a few scenarios: Pretend you just bought a beautiful lake home with a gorgeous view of the lake. You continue to enjoy this view undisturbed for the next few years. Until one day a neighbor builds a large three story home closer to the shoreline which results in your lake view being severely diminished. You may have purchased a lake home in the winter time. When spring arrives, your adjacent neighbor places their dock and boat lift so that it extends in front of your home and not theirs, obstructing your view as well as your access. Maybe an adjacent neighbor remodels their boat house by the lake making it a double story boat house, which in turn obstructs your view of the lake. Or a tall fence is erected along the property line, which results in your inability to enjoy the same view of the lake you once did. You could also quite possibly have a case for the riparian loss of right to view when you dont even own lakeshore. There was a case that involved ocean views in Florida whereby a condo owner that did not even own lakeshore sued a developer who built a structure directly in front of the condo owners view of the ocean. The condo owner lost his entire view of the ocean but recovered damages in a court of law. The above scenarios may or may not be serious infringements. It most often depends on the characteristics of your lot. Many people just dismiss the loss of a lake view as the cost of development, but others see it as an infringement on their riparian rights.
If your lake view has been diminished in some way, you will be glad to know that there are remedies. First, check with your local city or county to determine if there are any ordinances that are being violated. If so, the activity causing the infringement on your riparian right may be stopped. Second, you may be able to communicate with the neighbor who is infringing on your views and ask them to modify their plans. Keep in mind that attempts to resolve these types of disputes with neighbors rarely works because the neighbor has probably already contemplated your loss of lake view during the planning phase and determined they would go ahead anyway. So make sure you keep your communication as non-confrontational as possible to avoid damaging your friendship as well. It is a cheap alternative and one that might work. You are also letting your neighbor know that you oppose his/her actions. The last remedy you can try is to take them to court. Be aware that the law is not clear on decisions regarding the riparian right to view. This is intentional because every situation must be handled uniquely. The nature of shorelines, water level fluctuations, amount of land relative to adjacent owners, what is “reasonable use”, etc could all have impacts on whether the court decides in your favor. Of course, if you have an obvious inequity you stand a better chance in a court of law, but as in all court cases you cannot predict the outcome with any certainty. That said, if you feel that your riparian rights have been infringed upon and have tried other alternatives for remedy to no avail, you can always ask a court of law to decide whether or not monetary or injunctive relief should be granted in your favor. Good luck and enjoy your lake view! Phentermine 37.5mg Tablets

Posted by amrikholder on décembre 26th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Ian_Mason] Ian Mason Phentermine is available in three dosages; 15mg capsules, 30mg capsules and 37.5 mg tablets. Because phentermine is a generic drug, it is also available from numerous manufacturers. You can find out which company manufactured your phentermine using the imprints on the pill. Phentermine 37.5 mg tablets come in the form of white tablets with small blue speckles on them. The exception is Purepac phentermine 37.5 mg, which has no specks on it. If you’ve received Mutual Labs phentermine and you’re worried because the specks look painted on, you can relax now because that’s how they are manufactured. Just like Purepac phentermine 37.5 mg pills, Mutual Labs’ tablets contain all the medication in the white compound. So, the specks are just for looks and all the phentermine is still there. The majority of people choose Phentermine 37.5 mg over the other doses because they want to ensure they don’t get hungry or tired. The people who take 37.5mg are generally those who will post in their weight loss journals about how they took the kids to school, cleaned out the house and reorganized their furniture, and made a fabulous dinner all in time to take a nice shower and relax in front of the tv before bed. Now, that sounds nice in theory but when you’re taking Phentermine 37.5 mg you need to make sure you don’t starve yourself. Don’t get me wrong - you WILL lose weight if you don’t eat. But the problem is that when you don’t eat enough, your body purposely slows down your metabolism to nearly a hault. So, when you stop taking Phentermine and start getting hungry again, when you eat you’ll automatically store most of the calories you eat because your body is trying to store food to live on. You CAN definitely lose weight with Phentermine 37.5 mg. Just make sure you get at least 4 medium sized meals or 6 small meals daily; and you need to eat the right foods to ensure that you don’t yo-yo back up after your weight loss. Get the tools you need to lose weight with [http://www.phenforum.com/phentermine-375-mg] Phentermine 37.5 mg tablets permanently. How to Solve These Five Issues of Marketing Strategy Creation

Posted by amrikholder on décembre 23rd, 2007

By Bluevizia Bluevizia No matter what business you’re running, you surely have stumbled upon these five common issues of marketing strategy substantiating. Coming up with a decent marketing strategy is crucial to the success of your business. However, feeling your way around and relying on your gut feeling is hardly the best way to proceed. When dealing with your marketing issues, keep these five points in mind to ensure that you take a sound decision that meets your expectations and the needs of your company: 1. Decide on the information you need 2. Deal with the lack of background knowledge 3. Prepare your analysis 4. Choose your strategy 5. Sort out time and labor constraints; 1. Decide on the information you need For anyone trying to grow a business, one of the first tasks is to map the competitive landscape. By understanding the market, your product and competition, you’ll be able to react to opportunities as they arise.
A sound marketing strategy should be based on information about the market, target customer group, competition, positioning, the product or service you are selling, pricing, advertising and promotion. The process of selecting which ones you need is a lengthy and confusing one. There are many sources out there and it is quite an issue to know which are worthy of your attention and which are not. Finding successful ways to defy rules of thumb is a great way to have a healthy business. One of the unorthodox ways to do this is to use certain productivity software to help you understand what kind of information you need for your marketing endeavors. By following a wizard and answering some questions you can get a pretty good idea of what information you need to go out and collect. You need to know how you can compare your product to the ones offered by your competition - metrics like price, performance, brand awareness, product life cycle and many more are crucial for evaluating how you stack up against them. 2. Deal with the lack of background knowledge Once you have settled on the types of information needed, the next problem arises - how to make heads or tails of the information. More often than not it is necessary to have a certain background to be able to use the data you have just gathered. In order to do that you have a handful of options: you can invest a few years of your time to attend college and study marketing or you can read on your own some of those marketing books available in the bookstore. The educational route is both expensive and time consuming, not to mention the fact that you are not going to turn into a marketing pro in the blink of an eye. You can also hire a marketing professional to do that for you on a full-time basis or outsource the activities to an external company. The downside is that you stretch your budget even further. Then again, you can use software to try to solve the mystery behind your piles of data. The application you’ll be using will most likely have all the necessary expertise and tools for you to sort out your metrics. It is readily available on your computer so you don’t need to spend that much time to turn yourself into a marketing wiz. Yet you will have a full control and understanding of both your core business and that marketing knowledge, thus making the most out of your company’s current standing. 3. Prepare your analysis When you have sorted out the information you have gathered, you need to analyze it. It may turn out to be a staggering option to deal with all that number crunching and raw data you have. If you are having a hard time seeing trends through the sheer numbers, it is necessary to put them into a format that will be easily comprehensible. That means playing around in a spreadsheet program, coming up with a certain template and putting together charts to represent the data. No matter whether the data is meant for you, your business partner or some client whom you are consulting, you should present the information in a professional manner. Neatness and attention to detail indicate that you are serious about what you’re doing. Using a spreadsheet program is by all means a viable option but there are a few issues to be faced if you go that route. You will have to manually enter the data and the formulas to perform the analysis - that means there is a possibility of error as manual data entry has always been error-prone. You have to select the most appropriate formula for your calculations and that may be somewhat difficult to do when so much needs to be taken into account. On top of that, you have to visualize the results of your hard work. The right chart can make all the difference for you - it lets you see facts that will remain hidden otherwise. All this can be dealt with by using specialized software. You get the benefits from the time the experts have spent thinking and designing - you can visualize your research and historical data in the best possible way. Charts can be altered easily and as often as necessary, no matter how complex the data behind them is. Then the application draws the conclusions automatically for you by analyzing everything in a snap. 4. Select a strategy, learn something new or confirm your gut feeling The right marketing strategy helps identify market segments of interest to a particular business and tailors product offerings, prices, distribution, promotional efforts, and services towards them. In a perfect world the strategy should address unmet customer needs that offer an adequate potential profitability. A good strategy helps a business focus on the target markets it can serve best. There are a few alternative strategies to follow as you are running your business. Anyway, it would be nice if you could be offered a particular professionally developed one, based on your market situation. And if any particular metric changes or you think it will change eventually, you can react by simply tweaking the plan with a single mouse click. Of course, you may want to play around with more than one metric, or you may want to explore a few “what-ifs”. This is also perfectly achievable within the software you’re using. If you work with clients and prepare marketing plans for them, you know the situation when a client drops in and wants something checked out or confirmed. Digging out that information on such a short notice is a pain in the neck for someone managing a handful of accounts, unless, of course, specialized software is used to this end. It will keep your marketing plans organized, easily accessible and editable. 5. Time and labor consuming Time is money. You knew that all along, didn’t you? Well, selecting the metrics you need, gathering the necessary information, building your spreadsheet model and analyzing it takes up a considerable amount of time and a lot of work. You may even be tempted to quit doing all that stuff because it takes away too much of your limited time. The matter of fact is that it is crucial for your business and you can’t throw it away just like that.
If a quick reference is needed, your information must be readily available. You need a tool that’ll save you most of the time and effort. In comes the right software. You can’t have too much effort put into your marketing analysis, it is simply never over-kill. The important point is to “work wiser, not harder” and putting intelligent software to use is a certain way to achieve that. The speed and correctness of the decisions based on such software will provide a competitive advantage for you. Thus it is not enough to know how to do your marketing right; it is also important to be able to do it in a precise and timely manner. Avoid These 10 Design Disasters When Creating Your Business’ Marketing Materials

Posted by amrikholder on décembre 14th, 2007

By Katrina Sawa Have you ever noticed how many articles there are on creating your own marketing materials? These articles concentrate on things you “should do,” offering such clever advice as “Know your audience,” “Say it with pictures” or “Write clearly and distinctly.” Now I’m not saying any of that is bad advice. But you should also know what not to do. That’s what this article is about. Or more specifically, it’s about what most do-it-yourselfers are tempted to do–but shouldn’t. Nothing screams “Design Novice” like the following 10 mistakes: 1. Don’t enlarge your logo so it’s the main focus of the page. Yes, your logo features the name of your company. But it’s not the main point. People are interested in what you’re selling, not who you are. In fact, the smaller your logo, the more established your company will appear. Besides, if they are interested in what youre selling or promoting, they will look to the bottom to find out where to get it. 2. Don’t place your logo in the text of your piece. Of course it’s fine to use the name of your company in the text of any of your marketing materials, but inserting your actual logo into a headline or body copy is design suicide. 3. Don’t use every font at your disposal. Choose one or two fonts for all your materials to build your brand. Your font choices should be consistent with your image and your industry. Cursive and creative fonts are often hard to read, know your audiences ability to read such things and they must still stand out. 4. Don’t use color indiscriminately. More color doesn’t necessarily make something more appealing. Often it just makes it loud and annoying. When someone screams at you, do you want to listen or run away? Most, if not all, your text should be the same color, preferably black for readability or red for a call to action. For a unique look, try duotone photographs or print in two colors. If you plan to use full color on a piece make sure you really utilize that color instead of just putting it in your logo for example and nowhere else thats just a waste of color and youre paying extra for that. On the flip side, try not to use too many colors in the text; Ive seen sometimes 5-7 colors in the text on just a business card and that makes nothing stand out plus its hard to follow. 5. Don’t be redundant. Don’t repeat the name of your industry or product in your company name and your tagline and your headline. Potential customers know your industry. Restating it implies you don’t. 6. Don’t choose low-quality or low-resolution photography. A photo may look great in an album, but unless it features balanced lighting and good composition, it’s not print-worthy. Photos need to be at least 300 dpi. And yes, people can tell the difference. 7. Don’t fill up every inch of white space on the page. White space, or negative space, brings focus to what’s important and gives the eye a rest. You may have a lot to say, but cramming it all in creates chaos and minimizes impact. Your piece will end up visually overwhelming. Think less, not more. Besides you should have a website now that people can go to for more detailed information. 8. Don’t focus on the details of your product or service; instead, focus on how it benefits your audience. Unless your product is extremely technical, make your offering relevant to your audience by emphasizing its benefits, not its features. Otherwise it’s like going to a party and talking about yourself all night. That’s not exactly the best way to win friends or gain customers. Your heading and your message must hit your target markets hot buttons and whats in it for them? 9. Don’t do exactly what your competitors are doing. When you’re positioning your product, it’s good to know your competition. But don’t copy them. Find out what your customers want and are attracted to. Stand out without sticking out. If you can take your logo and place it in your competitors ad and it applies and vice versa then youre not getting creative or unique enough with your message and you just look like everyone else. Besides, who knows if theyre getting good response on their ads? They might not be. 10. Don’t change design styles with every marketing piece you create. Strive for a consistent look and feel, keeping the same fonts and logo placement. If you use photos in one ad, don’t use illustrations in another. If you place your logo in the middle of one brochure, don’t place in at the top-right corner in another. You get the gist. Finally, do be clear, clean, compelling and consistent. You’ll end up looking–and selling–like a pro. K. Sawa Marketing can help you design, create and print as inexpensively as possible all your marketing materials, brochures, websites and more! The Wonderful Art of Bonsai

Posted by amrikholder on décembre 9th, 2007

By Jay Smith The potential for enjoyment of Bonsai trees is enormous. These
are the dwarf-sized trees that have been developed in the Asian
countries of China and Japan for many hundreds of years. Most
people have to go out to a forest to experience the marvelous
plants that we call trees. But in the hands of a master Bonsai creator, the beautiful trees
can be reduced in size to the point where they can be brought
indoors to be enjoyed at any time. And the person who learns
this age-old art so that he or she learns how to create this
small piece of beauty experiences even more of a thrill –
something closely akin to producing a child, but with the added
advantage of being able to shape and design it themselves. And
these trees grow more beautiful with age. Some renowned trees
are as old as five hundred years or more. Naturally, they need nurturing and care, just as any prized
possession does, especially things that are living and
developing, in the same way a child develops. But the care that
is needed is not difficult, though it may require some time and
some special equipment (not overly-expensive). And, of course,
these beautiful trees can be purchased at any Bonsai nursery. Usually it never enters the head of the admirer of Bonsai that
they have the potential of creating them on their own. Becoming
a member of any local Bonsai Club (they’re virtually everywhere)
will provide all the support and direction a person might
require. It’s exciting to sit in front of one of these miniature
trees and realize that this tiny tree in its tiny pot might
otherwise be growing tall in some forest somewhere. And you can
pick it up, turn it, and see all sides of it without leaving your
chair. They truly are a marvel, these Bonsai trees. The word Bonsai
itself means “tree in a pot.” And there is not just a single
species of tree that is adaptable to your particular area. There
are hundreds — even species that would normally not be
considered a tree, such as shrubs, bushes and even plants like
roses and many herb species. But, no matter what kind of plant
you may have in your pot, it’s always called a “tree” in Bonsai
language. I was fortunate enough to have been able to study with the great
master, John Naka, also addressed as “Sensei” (master teacher).
Sadly, Sensei Naka left us a few years ago, and has been greatly
missed by all who knew him and knew of him. He wrote the
consummate manual on the subject of Bonsai, which was his true
passion. He traveled all over the world to teach and judge
competitions and he loved every minute of it. He made his home
in Southern California, but the world was truly his, gaining
enormous respect wherever he traveled. If you’re thinking of creating or buying a Bonsai tree, you must
bear one thing in mind at all times — these are living things,
and do require care and even love. You can’t go away on vacation
for a week or two and expect to find your tree alive when you
return — unless you’ve wisely made arrangements to have someone
take care of your tree for you. And that person must know
intimately the requirements of the tree. A trusted neighbor who,
upon seeing the tree for the first time, says, “Oh, isn’t that
cute?” is not the person to entrust your tree with. The principle tree for a beginner to start with is the Japanese
Black Pine (pinus thunbergii), primarily because its the easiest
to grow and work with, and also that it’s available in most areas
and climates. It can be grown anywhere in the U.S. and most of
North America. It’s extremely hardy and adaptable to even
adverse weather conditions and makes a superb-looking Bonsai
tree. If youre looking for a new adventure and hobby, I believe youll
be happy and contented with your own Bonsai trees. Its an
especially good interest for people who are home-bound, and who
need something to make them feel vibrant and needed, and to give
them continuing joy. Yes, a good Bonsai tree is a tru http://www.jayspaintings.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Jay_Smith http://EzineArticles.com/?The-Wonderful-Art-of-Bonsai&id=63235 delivery online prescription saturday tramadol

Review Of Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle

Posted by amrikholder on décembre 8th, 2007

By Jack R. Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle Review Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is a 340 page ebook written by natural bodybuilder Tom Venuto. I got hold of the ebook some time ago, and have read it a number of times. During my fat loss phase I probably referred to the book once a week. Apparently it’s been one of the top-selling weight loss ebooks for over a year now, so I thought I’d give my spin on it. So what’s so good about it? There are loads of weight loss ebooks out there. After a brief search, I found no less than 88 diet ebooks! Over the past few years I have had the opportunity to read a few of these. The reality is - most of these ebooks are crap. Forgive the crudeness but it’s true. Many of them are cheaply produced generic diet plans that you might try for a few weeks, and then throw out. After delving into BFFM I discovered this was quite unlike any other diet book. There are no promises of outstanding breakthroughs or secret methods - just simple facts about fat loss. However the book is anything but simple - there’s a lot of science and a lot of reality. There’s no pictures at all, only words plus a few tables so it’s not something you can read in an hour. Plus there are some points where you may need to read a few times and take notes as well. I highly recommend you print it out and use it as a reference. That way you can add notes to it as you read along. There are also 6 bonuses you get when you order Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle. Altogether, it’s another 100 pages to read. Personally I think BFFM is a must-read for anyone who wants to lose fat. Will it be the complete and perfect answer? Of course not! But it will give you all the tools and understanding to seriously transform yourself. In fact, reading BFFM gave me a huge burst of motivation, as for once it actually seemed do-able.
