By Tim Webb I find lots of people need an alternative to the
basic stomach crunch often taught as the ‘cure all’
for all abdominal excess. I know of many people who do hundreds of crunches
each day and their abdominal section still looks
podgy, but that is for another article! Most people do not realise that you can literally
work your abdominals quite hard from a standing
position. If you are willing to squeeze your muscles and
breathe in a certain way you can get a decent,
sweat inducing, core workout! ***Old school training is still relevant*** It seems that some of the ‘old school’ exercises
used by fitness pioneers and fighters in years
gone by can still be useful in sculpting the
body. The only problem is many of the simple yet effective
training methods were forgotten in favour of expensive
gym equipment and supplements. Of course in some ways these changes are a good thing
as exercises become safer. However, much can still be
taken from how these old pioneers used their breath and
body to become fitter and healthier. ***The key is in the squeeze*** An effective way to give the abdominals a good workout
is simply to amalgamate an exhalation with abdominal
tension. Repeated this can strengthen core muscles while
strengthening internal organs. ***Safety first*** In my opinion a dangerous aspect of such exercises
used to be that breath retention while squeezing
core muscles was advocated. Anyone with high blood pressure may be in danger
performing such exercises. This can be remedied though by simply breathing out
while tensing abdominal muscles to allow this
potentially dangerous pressure to, essentially,
drain away. Also, not utilising one hundred percent muscle
contractions is important for beginners as
doing this may, initially, be too much for
muscles to bear thus leading to injury. ***Exercise*** 1. Stand comfortably, preferably near fresh air. 2. Inhale into your belly. 3. Gently squeeze your abdominals while exhaling. 4. Slowly increase intensity of the squeeze. 5. Repeat ten times. 6. Done with (careful) vigour abdominals will be thoroughly worked, internal organs massaged and stimulated, and a healthy sweat generated. Do this each morning for a month and feel how much
firmer your abdominals become! (c) Tim Webb 2007 Do You Want To Learn Deep Breathing Exercises For

By Michael Russell Love is supposed to be pure, yet it always seems to be around when money is exchanged. In the early days, the groom was required to give gifts to the bride’s parents as part of the marriage agreement. Since the parents of the bride were losing her to another family, they needed to be compensated. During these times, the engagement ring was not only given as a symbol of the groom’s intentions, but also as partial payment for his future wife. The engagement ring has gone through many changes. Some of the earliest rings were nothing more than plants wrapped around the woman’s finger. Of course, these had to be replaced each year. Some rings were made of iron, to symbolize the permanent nature of marriage. Early Roman rings were simple bands with a carved key. Some thought the key symbolized a woman unlocking her man’s heart; while others believed the key was a sign of ownership, because after marriage, the woman would get half her husband’s wealth. The ring finger appears to have more mystery than the ring itself. The fourth finger on the left hand, has long been regarded as the ring finger. Legend has it that a vein of love connected the fourth finger to the heart, but of course this wasn’t true. In fact, some cultures believed it was the third finger that had the vein of love. Before the 1500s, Christian tradition required rings to be worn on the third finger of the right hand. In some European countries, the ring is worn on the left hand before marriage and is moved to the right hand during the ceremony. Since grooms aren’t paying the family of the brides any more, what is the purpose of the engagement ring? The bride will get a wedding ring, so are two rings really necessary. When you consider the costs involved with a wedding, reception and honeymoon, an engagement ring appears to be an extravagance born out of tradition and not common sense. The lack of money causes a lot of problems in a marriage and is usually a major factor, if the marriage ends. So maybe the money for the engagement ring should be placed in the bank, to help with future expenses. And giving an engagement ring doesn’t always lead to marriage. People change their minds all the time about who they love and how much they love them. If there is no wedding, what happens to the engagement ring. The ring was a gift, but it was given with the presumption of marriage. If there is no marriage then maybe the ring should be returned. It shouldn’t matter why the relationship ended, or who ended it. No one should financially benefit from a broken engagement. Whether the engagement ring serves a purpose doesn’t matter, it almost seems mandatory that you give one, if you expect to be married. It’s funny how relationships start out, being about love and commitment, but in the end, they always seem to come back to money. By Peter Salazar Historically, silver has long been used for the preservation of food and water. Before there were other means of preservation, silver was used for the same reasons colloidal silver is used now as a mineral supplement. Food and drink vessels, as well as eating utensils have been made with silver since mankinds earliest years. The following anecdote from the writings of the Greek philosopher, Herodotus, before the birth of Christ, references this fact. The Greek historian Herodotus, called the “Father of History”, is one of our prime sources for information known about the fall of Babylon. Herodotus lived a century after the time of Daniel and traveled widely in the East. In his “Histories”, we learn of the campaign of Persia’s King Cyrus against Babylon. The details include the fact that no Persian king, including Cyrus, would drink the water of any stream other than the Choaspes, a river that flowed past the Persian capital of Susa. Wherever the king went, a long train of four-wheeled mule wagons followed him transporting silver jars filled with the river’s water. The water in silver jars would keep fresh for years during the long campaigns. The Greeks were not the only civilization to take advantage of silvers health-encouraging properties. The Phoenicians, Romans, Egyptians and most people around the world used silver in one form or another to preserve food and water. For example, during the Dark Ages in Europe, silver utensils, cups and bowls were used to help protect the wealthy from the full impact of the widespread pandemics. A common expression, used to this day, “born with a silver spoon in their mouth” comes from these Dark Ages and refers to the advantages of silver. In these days when diseases ran rampant, the wealthy gave their children silver spoons to suck on to ward off diseases. Also, in the days of the settling of the American frontier, pioneers commonly used silver coins to slow down the spoilage of milk and water. Although it is not widely known, todays mainstream medicine has utilized silver for its health benefits to an extent. For instance, a silver coated nylon material was patented as “Silvalon” and licensed by FDA as an anti-microbial bandage. Also, a silver-based salve product called “Silvadine has been used for some time now for the treatment of burns and is in virtually every burn ward in America to protect burn victims against infection. Another example is the use of dilute silver nitrate in newborn babies’ eyes to protect from infection. Even before people knew the causes of most illnesses, silver served as one of mans most reliable aids in supporting the immune system against those illnesses. In addition, to this day, silver is also being used in food cutting boards, swimming pool and drinking water filters, and water filters for NASA. There is clearly an undeniable history behind the use of silver for health reasons. There is one common link between all of these different uses for silver. This common link to all of the previously discussed uses is based on the fact that in all of them something is needed to prevent the growth and prosperity of disease and infection causing bacteria and germs. Scientific research and evidence indicates that single-celled organisms cannot survive in the presence of silver. According to researchers, silver inhibits the growth of one-celled organisms by deactivating the organisms oxygen metabolism enzymes. As a result, the organisms cell membranes are destroyed and the replication of the organisms DNA is stopped. All of this happens through a completely natural reaction to the silver by the organisms. There is no chemical manipulation by man. There is also some interesting research with silver prior to the advent of patented anti-biotics. A good example that is available on the Internet is “The Use of Colloids in Health and Disease” by Alfred B. Searle, the founder of Searle Pharmaceuticals (now known as Monsanto). Although this book is dated in some respects, it demonstrates the research that had already been done as well as that which was ongoing in the area of colloidal silver before more lucrative patented drugs replaced it in the marketplace. This book cites research done by numerous scientists and documents their findings demonstrating the germicidal properties of silver. One of the most widely publicized concerns today relating to biological warfare and terrorism is the fact that microbes have mutated and become resistant so that patented antibiotics may often be rendered ineffective. On the other hand, research and evidence indicates that one-celled organisms do not have a natural resistance to, nor can they through mutation or natural selection, obtain a resistance to silver’s anti-microbial actions, as they are often able to do with patented products. Again, this is why silver has historically been one of mans most reliable tools in supporting the immune system against various maladies. By Johnny Lavot 1. Just Get Started Many times, you may hear conflicting information from different sources about how you should go about accomplishing your goals; confused with information, you attempt to analyze the best route of actionbut then you realize that it conflicts with someone elses advice. You end up freezing like a deer stuck in headlights. The best course of action is to just get started and do something! Believe it or not, that is the hardest part anyway! 2. Set Goals You wont get anywhere if you dont know where youre going. This is why it is important to set goals because they will help to show you the correct path to take and will also add further motivation. 3. Focus on Body Fat, Not Body Weight Obviously, this article is entitled 17 Surefire Strategies to Lose Weight, but this isnt what you really want to focus on. An increase in muscle mass and fluctuating water weight can provide you with skewed results. The solution is to measure your progress by several measures of circumference of your different body parts or just buy some calipers. 4. Create a Caloric Deficit Each person burns a certain (changing) numbers of calories per day; this is known as TDEE. In order to cut down on your body fat, you must create a caloric deficit. To do this, simply eat a lower amount of calories than your TDEE. However, you must not reduce your calories by too much, otherwise you will slow down your metabolism; it is best to reduce your calorie consumption by about 750 calories or 20% of your TDEE. 5. Keep Track of Your Caloric Intake Creating a caloric deficit requires a bit of planning. You need to know how many calories are in the foods you eat, and then tally them up to get a total. Doing this may seem like a hassle, but as you become better at this skill and memorize certain foods you can get a better guess of how many calories you have consumed. 6. Higher Satiety, Lower Calories A stomach full of Jello and a stomach full of peanut butter feel the same, but they are worth much different amounts in the world of calories. One strategy that you can use to create a caloric deficit is to eat foods that are more filling, but contain a lower amount of calories. 7. Drink Water In addition to the numerous amount of health benefits that water provides, you can also use it as a drink that provides no calories, but fills you up. Got a craving for that candy bar? Drink some water. 8. Cut Back on Soft Drinks Although drinks like water can make you feel full and provide no calories, they have a low satiety rate because they are easy to digest. A low satiety rate combined with several calories makes soft drinks a hazard to the dieter. Even though many diet soft drinks now contain a low number of calories, the sweeteners can spike insulin levels and also (opinions differ on this) may contain to some health related side effects. 9. Avoid Alcohol Alcohol has a low satiety rate, a relatively high caloric rate (alcohol contains 7 calories per gram), and can also cause you to become thirstier or hungrierever wonder why the bars always have snacks likes peanuts? 10. Avoid Fad Diets Fad diets many times stress a specific part of nutrition without bothering to go over fundamentals like caloric deficits. In addition, most of these diets cause a person to go far below the safety zone in regards to the degree of caloric deficit. This causes the body to think it is starving; therefore, it lowers its TDEE. The cycle then repeats and the person becomes a yo-yo dieter. 11. Eat Complex Carbohydrates Eating complex carbohydrates or carbohydrates with a low glycemic index will help to keep your blood sugar levels stable. When blood sugar levels are not stable, the body begins to store fat. However, eating the type of carbohydrates comes second to creating a caloric deficit. 12. Eat Healthy Fats Not all fats are bad and, even, necessarily fattening. You should strive to avoid fats such as the trans fats or saturated fats. However, fats such as polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats provide numerous health benefits, can help regulate cholesterol, and can even help to further build muscle since they are needed in the synthesis of hormones. However, even with the healthy fats, one should watch the consumption of this nutrient because it does have a high amount of calories (9 calories per gram of fat). 13. Dont Buy Junk Food One easy way to avoid eating unhealthy, caloric dense snacks that would otherwise put you over your set number of calories for a health calorie deficit is to simply not buy them therefore it takes away the convenience you have at your house of eating these foods. 14. Have a Cheat Day Every Once in a While Having a cheat day every now and then (about once a week or less) can help to remind you of the habits you are trying to break and it can also give you a needed break from your regime (not all health foods taste bad though). Cheat days are usually on a person by person basis; not everyone does them. It is your decision as to whether or not you need one. 15. Eat More Frequently An easy way to boost your metabolism and help to keep more of your muscle is to eat more frequently. It is usually recommended to eat roughly 6-8 meals per day instead of the usual three. 16. Aerobic Workouts One way to create a caloric deficit is to reduce the amount of food you eat. The other way is to increase your TDEE; you do this by working out or eating more frequently as stated above. Creating the caloric deficit only through eating initiates a primitive response in the body to think that it is starving; therefore, it is best to create half of your caloric deficit through working out and the other half through a reduction in calorie consumption. The most basic and used form of this is the aerobic workout. 17. Lift Weights In addition to aerobic workouts, one can lift weights to raise the TDEE. The actual process of lifting weights burns extra calories as does the muscle that it builds. Also, muscle will give a healthier, more attractive, and more toned look compared to aerobic training alone. It is best to use both aerobic training and weight lifting in your workout regime. Thats 17 of em. Remember that following just one of these methods will not produce results. You must either follow all or very close to all of them to get the results that you (hopefully) are looking for. A big thing always results from many little things added together. By Alexander Gordon Marketing of financial products has to be carefully planned and executed in order to avoid mistakes that can be costly and hard to recover from. With heavy competition, financial institutions have to be aware of the current market trends and must keep informing their clients about their latest service or products to make sure that their clients use them. If marketing of financial products or services are excellent, the firm is ensured of guaranteed, quality financial planning leads as well as better referral service from affiliates. It is necessary to have a sound, carefully planned marketing strategy in order to recruit more customers, generating more revenue. This calls for extensive market research and competitive analysis and knowing how to lure customers by sending out the right message in the advertisements. It is a pity that many people do not understand the importance of marketing of financial products and, therefore, misses many opportunities to develop and expand their client base. Marketing Tips For Financial Products: - Referral services by affiliate service providers are very effective and a highly targeted market-oriented marketing strategy. It is necessary to have a system in place to respond to the queries of those potential clients who were referred and have follow-up services that can convert potential leads into actual customers. - Direct mailing is another tactic that is relatively cheap and can be used to reach target markets of your choice. The job can be out-sourced, and your operating costs are well within the budget. It can also be effective in recruiting potential customers easily. - Cold calling is another marketing strategy, but it is not used much owing to the enormous drain on time and labor as well as costs and low rate of new customer recruitment. - Offering items having your brand identity serves to remind existing customers as well as those you deal with on a regular basis about your financial services as well as products. Post-it note pads, pens, coffee mugs, key chains, pen torches, etc., are items that are generally used as promotional items. - Using the media to effectively advertise your products. The TV, radio, newspaper, magazines, cinemas, etc., are very good sources for targeting your advertisements. Keep your advertisements short and make sure they tell people how they can benefit from using your services or products. - Getting celebrities to endorse the product or service is another effective marketing tip. - Sponsoring events can be another great way to market your products and creating awareness of your products. - Using permission-based email marketing, free newsletters, pop-up advertisements, and keyword-optimized search engine options are other ways that financial products can be marketed using the Internet. By Thomas Moore The protection of intellectual property in china has long been high on the list of concerns for innovative foreign companies looking to do business there. What little legal framework existed around intellectual property rights (IPR) has been difficult and time-consuming to enforce. There are signs, however, that the situation may be improving for companies which use trademarks, logos and branding in the Peoples Republic. In a recent case, newly amended Chinese trademark legislation was put to the test when the American speciality coffee retailer Starbucks accused a local Shanghai company of copying their trading name and logo. Starbucks opened its first Shanghai outlet on Huaihai Road on May 4, 2000, building on the success of its dozens of stores across Taiwan and the rest of mainland China. Shortly prior to this opening, a local company had registered its own business name Xingbake Coffee Co. Ltd. with the Shanghai authorities. By 2003, the Chinese firm had opened two outlets in Shanghai using the trade name Xingbake. The legal dispute between Starbucks and their local competitor arose because xing translates from Mandarin as star and ba-ke is an approximate phonetic rendition of bucks. Although Starbucks does not officially use this rough translation in China, the word Xingbake has become synonymous with the US firms outlets amongst the public. Starbucks considered that, by trading under a similar name and by the use of a very similar green and white logo, Shanghai Xingbake was competing unfairly. On this basis, Starbucks filed a law suit against Xingbake in Shanghai on December 23, 2003, alleging trademark infringement. In reply to the accusation, Mao Yibo, General Manager of Xingbake, said that his company has registered its enterprise name with the Shanghai authorities in March 2000, before Starbucks was established in the region. By using the name Xingbake, he claimed that his company was simply using its legitimate title instead of a trademark. Mao denied that the name of his company and its logo had been influenced by their Seattle-based rival. We invented Xingbake as our brand when we planned to start a caf business in Shanghai and it is just a coincidence that our name is the same with Chinese version of Starbuck [sic], he said. The logo was designed by our own staff. To be frank, I hadnt heard of Starbucks at the time, so how could I imitate its brand or logo? Chen Naiwei, director of the Intellectual Property Research Centre of Shanghais Jiaotong University does not accept this, explaining that Xingbake has been used as the sole translation of Starbucks in Taiwan since 1998. This predates the registration of Xingbakes enterprise name in Shanghai by two years. Despite Mao Yibos claims and his further assertions that Xingbakes serving style and target market differ substantially from those of Starbucks, Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate Peoples Court found in favour of the American giant on December 31, 2005 two years after the law suit was filed. Shanghai Xingbake was ordered to stop using its name, issue an apology in a local newspaper and pay 500,000 Yuan (US$62,000) in compensation to Starbucks. The basis of the Courts decision was the relatively newly amended Trademark Laws of the Peoples Republic of China, which came into force on October 27, 2001. The amendments form part of a raft of revised legislation introduced to protect the owners of intellectual property in China. Under the new laws, the Court determined that the name Starbucks, written in Chinese or English, was sufficiently well known to be deemed a famous trademark and was, therefore, entitled to protection. This ruling is the first of its kind under the new legislation and may be an indication that China is responding to pressure from the European Union and the United States to crack down on IPR infringements and counterfeiting. China is believed to be the source of around 70% of the worlds pirated goods at a cost of around US$250bn each year to US companies alone. In a statement released on January 18, Jiang Zian, the attorney for Shanghai Xingbake confirmed that the company had already begun an appeal against the judgement in the Shanghai Higher Peoples Court. Jiang explained that Xingbake does not use the English translation Starbucks and had no plans to counter claim against their competitor for using the same Chinese name. The problem is they use Xingbake as the brand name in Chinese and we use it as our company name. We just want to keep our company name and run our own business, Jiang said. A spokesperson for Starbucks later confirmed that it would be defending itself against the appeal. Starbucks now has 156 outlets in mainland China and has a presence close to some of the countrys most iconic locations, including the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. At up to US$6 per cup, the companys coffee costs more than the average Chinese worker makes in a day. Despite this, Starbucks coffee is increasingly popular with Chinas emerging urban middle class. of this peptide group, while penta merely refers to the
size of certain peptide molecules. Peptide seems to be the IT word in antiaging skin creams
today. We have copper peptides, amino-polypeptides,
hexapeptides, pentapeptides and now neuropeptides. And then
there are all the variants like acetyl hexapeptide-3 and
palmitoyl pentapeptide (a.k.a palmitoyl oligopeptide).
The list is virtually endless and very confusing to the
non-biochemist. Let me try to help you wade through some of
the jargon. A peptide is simply a small protein which is made up of amino
acids. Peptides are active at very small doses, are highly
specific and have a very good safety profile when used
physiologically that is, to assist or change an organisms
physical processes. If we take apart some of the peptide labels
above, we can begin to discriminate among them. The use of amino in amino-polypeptide is a bit redundant
because all peptides are made of amino acids. The poly just
means this is a peptide of several amino acids. A hexapeptide
is a chain of exactly six (hexa) amino acids; a pentatpeptide
is a chain of five (penta). One chemist working with a
palmitoylated five-amino-acid-chain peptide named it palmitoyl
pentapeptide, while another chemist studying the same molecule
called it palmitoyl oligopeptide. This is a legitimate, though
less specific, label since oligo means few. And so the
confusion grows. The term neuropeptide is a bit more helpful in that it
actually describes the function of the peptide. Neuropeptides
act as neuromodulators, neurotransmitters, neurohormones, and
hormones. Research into neuropeptides has exploded in recent
years to the extent that there is a scientific journal named
Neuropeptides whose aim is the rapid publication of
original research and review articles, dealing with the
structure, distribution, actions and functions of peptides in
the central and peripheral nervous systems. What is exciting about neuropeptides is their power and reach.
Other neurotransmitters transmit central nervous system
signals in one direction and along a path from A to B.
Neuropeptides transmit omnidirectionally outward and can even
direct transmissions in reverse. As neuromodulators, they can
activate and deactivate other neurotransmitters. The
scientific mind boggles at the potential. The names of some of the neuropeptides may be familiar and
help you to understand the potential of unlocking the secrets
of these peptide molecules. Neuropeptides are grouped into
families based on similarities in their amino acid sequences.
There are the Tachykinins; the Insulins; the Somatostatins;
the Gastrins such as cholecystokinin used to diagnose
gallbladder and pancreatic problems; and the Opioids such as
the enkephalins the bodys own opiates or painkillers. As to how neuropeptides might affect the skin,
an abstract in the July/August 2003 Brazilian Annals of
Dermatology states: There is increasing evidence that
cutaneous nerve fibers play a modulatory role in a variety
of acute and chronic skin processes. Local interactions between skin
cells, skin immune components and neuronal tissues occur
specially through neuropeptides Neuropeptide-related
functions on skin and immune cells, as well …nerve fibers
in cutaneous inflammatory responses, hypersensitivity
reactions and dermatoses, namely psoriasis, atopic
dermatitis, leprosy and alopecia.” Now that you know that a neuropeptide has a function in the
central nervous system and that a pentapeptide might also be
a neuropeptide (having five amino acids in its chain) but not
all neuropeptides are pentapeptides, how can you decide
whether to pay the extra money for the exciting new
neuropeptide creams? You want some evidence that they are
sufficiently more effective to justify the higher price, right? In sorting through all the peptides currently touted for
antiaging skin care, I decided they can be placed into one of
three groups depending on the amount and quality on the
published research and development behind their use in skin care. Some peptides have a lot of published scientific research behind
them. They were developed for medical use and because of their
success, found their way into antiaging cosmeceuticals. Copper
peptide falls into this group since it has been studied and
employed in wound healing since the 1970s. Palmitoyl
pentapeptide also falls into this group. Doctors were already
prescribing Strivectin-SD for stretch mark and scar removal when
clinical studies of its superior wrinkle-reducing properties
were presented at the 20th World Congress of Dermatology in 2002. Other peptides have been developed within the cosmetic industry
and quickly brought to market. The companies are careful to
make no medical claims in order to avoid the lengthy FDA review
process for a drug. Argiriline, a.k.a. acetyl hexapeptide-3,
falls into this group. There is a lot of anecdotal evidence that,
similar to Botox, it reduces a muscles ability to tense and form
deep lines of expression. Customer reviews are quite positive
and more companies are incorporating the ingredient into their
treatment lines. In the third group are peptides that are very new or are
proprietary and not widely available. Dr. Nicholas Perricones
neuropeptide creams fall into this category. His neuropeptide
variants all contain the prefix CL. No research labs I could
locate are studying or making the CL variants. Of course, as we
saw above in the case of palmitoyl pentatpeptide, he may have
just given an already known neuropeptide a different name. The consumer has little to go on except Dr. Perricones word.
That is, unless you consider his track record and broad
following. He hasnt yet failed to deliver. His previous
antiaging developments have met with broad acclaim and his
three books have been on the New York Times Bestseller list. Dr. Perricone explains his work with neuropeptides in his third
book “The Perricone Promise” thus. In ‘The Wrinkle
Cure’ and ‘The Perricone Prescription’, I introduced a
major theme of my research: the Inflammation-Disease-Aging
Connection. Because inflammation is a great contributor to
accelerated aging, it has been an important focus of my ongoing
scientific research. And we now know that neuropeptides and
peptides play an important role in mediating inflammation. Jean Bowler has been a fitness freak all her life. She has danced and taught ballet and been a personal trainer. By Rion Williams Is having success with women and dating all about the ‘pick up lines’ and ‘what to say’ or ‘how to act’? No. Because if it was, you could just say one magic word or line and it would work for any guy no matter how different they are. It’s not the words, it’s about who you are and what you represent; it’s about your ‘character’. It’s about the value that you have to offer a woman. If you’re not the best looking guy don’t worry; looks aren’t that important to women. It’s really about how a woman feels when she’s around you. For us though, it’s mostly about the looks..admit it, we’re guys and that’s how nature intended it. We see beauty and we like it. But now that ‘beauty’ has a lot more conditioned meaning into it which is throwing off the relational power in the first place, thus limiting most success with all guys no matter how they approach. When you approach a beautiful woman and you’re not comfortable in your own skin, you’re shifty and incongruous with your body language it doesn’t matter what you say. You’ve already screwed it up. I recommend to stop focusing on instant gratification ‘hype’ of the ‘words to say’ and look at a true solution instead. The good news is that once you have your inner and ‘global’ game aligned properly, then you’ll be able to actually BEGIN the game itself. Though it goes against much of what is out there, the answer is NOT in going out there and ‘approaching’ more women. Though you’ll experience a small % of statistical success, that can only harm you more when you don’t understand what you’re going up against. There is much more going on when you approach than your ‘inner game’ or limited personality. It’s whether you know and understand the global/relational power game that is going on. Once you do, you’ll be free and powerful enough to actually BE comfortable in your own skin in relation to any level of beauty or power. Sometimes that’s all it takes for these women to notice you because all of the other men just CANNOT do enough mind tricks or NLP to get themselves to be truly comfortable around her beauty. Meanwhile they’re still getting excited about a new pick-up line or story to tell when they’re body language has already told the wrong story. If you don’t understand the relational dynamics of the social and mating game, you could continue to improve your ‘inner game’ and get rid of self-limiting beliefs all you want but you’ll still be running into walls and experiencing inconsistency around women. The key to unleashing your true power and success with women lies in primarily two things: 1. Become a man of higher N.I.S. character (natural, inner and social). That means improve everything. and 2. Understand and be congruent with the truth of relational dynamics in the first place so that you can BE independent and powerful at all times including when you’re around these beautiful women When you’re powerful in relation to any woman on earth BEFORE you approach her because you know who you are and your relationship to power in the world, THEN you’ll be able to always be comfortable in your own skin in relation to any woman you would approach. Then the game begins and she’ll already be much closer to interested anyways. You won’t have to waste time trying to ‘prove’ you’re a man of power by cutting her down and building yourself up..there’s no need for that anymore when you ARE the man who is confident and comfortable before, during and after your communication with any woman. Isn’t it time for REAL physiological change? Real change comes from the inside and the fastest way to leverage that is to apply relational dynamics. Instead of mastering ‘thyself’, understand the power game that you have been (taught to be) ignorant to for all these years and you’ll liberate yourself. You will be more powerful and women will start responding much more often..they will notice there is something about you. Because if you want the most desired of women, you cannot be afraid of them or uncomfortable around them in the least. Be the man instead of acting like it. It makes all the difference and the best way to do it is not through mastering thyself but by being cognizant of the relational reality around you.
