If you speak directly to this driving impulse the odds of making the sale will increase. So, highlight the benefits and keep the features in a secondary role. That will make it easy for the prospect to look past the material aspects of the item and into the realm of psychological benefits. The more your sales letter accomplishes this feat the stronger it will be and the more enhanced your business image will become.
