I got hold of the ebook some time ago, and have read it a number of times. During my fat loss phase I probably referred to the book once a week. However the book is anything but simple - there’s a lot of science and a lot of reality. There’s no pictures at all, only words plus a few tables so it’s not something you can read in an hour. Plus there are some points where you may need to read a few times and take notes as well. I highly recommend you print it out and use it as a reference.
